Si j'ai si souvent mal dans le dos, c'est à cause d'un accident ... de travail en plus ...
Voyons cela plus en détail.
Ce que vous voyez là c'est l'imagerie par IRM d'une tranche latérale de ma colonne vertébrale, où l'on voit bien la Lombaire 1 et 2 avec les deux impacts de l'accident de bateau, au travail ...
Historique
Il y a un peu plus de 15 ans, un team building à lieu au travail, on fait un genre de fort boyard ...
Y compris le bateau hors bord, pas assez de places assises, le guide insiste : mets toi à l'avant il y a encore de la place. Il continue d'insister malgré plusieurs de mes refus, je cède donc et je m'assieds à l'avant du bateau.
Le type accélère comme un fou, le hors bord prend une vague et on décolle ... Je pesais 69 kilos à l'époque, le bateau bien plus, il est donc redescendu plus vite que moi... Le malheur c'est qu'il a repris une vague quand j'allais le rejoindre en bas, et j'ai été frappé tel une balle de ping pong, j'ai entendu une série de sinistres craquements dans le dos et j'ai hurlé de douleur. Direction les urgences où je suis resté un long moment et où j'ai été opéré pour reconstruire la vertèbre.
A savoir que je ne suis pas le seul accidenté, j'ai appris par la suite que d'autres ont fini avec de vilains bleus ... Mais j'ai réussi à choper la blessure la plus grave, ma chance habituelle quoi ...
Tassement
La L2 suite au choc a eu un tassement, on a du m'opérer pour reconstruire la vertèbre avec du ciment chirurgical. Des mois en corset et pas mal de rééducation ont suivi...
Du coup quand je vois cette imagerie, je m'inquiète un peu, car je vois bien le tassement, mais aucun ciment résiduel et encore moins de recolonisation osseuse... Cela peut donc expliquer grandement une partie de mes douleurs ...
Pourquoi ?
Maintenant il faut savoir si mon analyse est bonne et aussi comprendre le pourquoi afin de connaître la suite des opérations ...
Va-t-on devoir me remettre sur le billard?
La kiné suffirait-elle ?
L'avenir nous le dira.
Mais au moins vous voyez maintenant qu'une vertèbre qui perd plus de 30% de son volume, cela fait mal...
Quand je pense que ces fumiers de l'assurance osaient me dire que je cherchais à gratter les fonds de tiroirs...
Promis, je vais vraiment aller gratter si les douleurs continuent à s'intensifier...
Alors, croisons les doigts qu'on trouve un moyen simple de régler ce problème de douleurs, les nuits sans repos c'est usant...
PS: c'est moi qui ai surligné en rouge pour montrer les déformations et les dimensions ont été notées par le radiologue.

Impressionnant ! Courage !
Etant moi-même atteint de 2 hernies discales L4-L5 et L5-S1, je compatis même si je n'ai pas réellement souffert de douleurs dorsales mais de douleurs irradiantes dans la jambe gauche: cruralgie et sciatiques qui m'ont pourries la vie 3 ans durant. 4 infiltrations non pas suffi. J'ai tenté miraculeusement la kiné en piscine qui m'a soulagé en quelques mois.
Pour toi, le renforcement des muscles profonds et gainants et une petite perte de poids pourraient t'apporter un peu de confort. Le choix du matelas est primordial : le problème c'est qu'un matelas c'est cher, plus abordable le sur matelas à mémoire de forme.
Vais y réfléchir, car aucune de nous deux ne dort bien et il arrive en fin de vie le nôtre ...
