No, we do not vote for burning at this moment, we do not have enough HP to make it attractive to users.
The ECU is used for a charity program and having some in your wallet will make you eligible for airdrops when donations to the charity occurs.
We cannot garantee when the airdrops will happen, but as you saw we just had one a few days ago.
Also, you probably read about it, but each ECU is backed by 1€ on a dedicated account, which makes ECU a stable coin.
