Good day
Today i wanted to post some Tulip photos with a lot of bokeh :)
fresh colours with dreamy helios bokeh.
i love this way of photography , high light one in focus fllower or part of it and make it stick out from the background.
I've been collecting lenses over the years that meet the requirements to get nice bokeh effects .
So far i have several old Minolta Rokkor lenses , Helios and Jupiter all old glass from 1960 to 1980 , and beccause they have only manual focus they are often very cheap to come by. For instance this helios 44-2 58mm f2.0 was +/- $60,- some years ago shipping included.
It's an old lens from the USSR with an old M42 mount
more info on this lens can be found here
enjoy the photos

I am definitely in love with bokeh! When I first discovered what it really was, it was fun to manipulate it and come up with another whole view.
Your tulips are glorious and how fun! Varying the focus is fun! I especially like the first one with the little bug/spider/bug taking the show.
Thanks for the views!
in the old TSU days we even had a bokeh group :)
Yes! I am just saying that I love the style of bokeh, epsecially in flowers and rainy days.
it has something nice and soft to the images
Wow😍😍 these pictures are so gorgeous, i have always been very fond of tulips but only saw them in pictures, i wish to see tulip fields one day.
