A few days ago, when I went to the market with a younger brother, he said that a shop was selling potato parathas. I was quite surprised to hear him. Because the place in the market where he was talking about getting potato parathas had never sold such food before and there were many fruit shops there.
Anyway, I went to that shop out of curiosity and saw that the shop was indeed selling potato parathas and eggs along with them. I asked him the price of a piece of potato paratha. He said the price of potato paratha with egg was 35 taka (0.29 USD) or (0.725 Hive). Since the potato paratha came with egg, the price seemed quite reasonable.
After a while, we came to this street food stall and my close younger brother ordered potato paratha with egg. I stood there for a while and watched the process of making potato parathas. The shopkeeper first fried the paratha with mustard oil. After frying the paratha for a while, he dropped the egg on it. Then he fried the paratha with the egg for a while.
In this way, the egg paratha was ready in no time. Then the shopkeeper sliced the paratha and gave me the paratha with salad. It was quite delicious to eat.
