How may we best challenge our community and token holders to best grow into moar?
There's a Pepe token on ethereum that started off with a bang! So thought to create a $PEPE token on the hive blockchain. So here it is. And me as @pepetoken! We've created millionaires too! No, not the kind of millionaire you're thinking of. We have $PEPE token millionaires! It has a different ring and feel to it. It, it ... Feels Good Man! Feels good to be a Pepe millionaire woman!
We started with a teenie community of just a few. Those few are still here with the rest of our growing community! Our community even has two gateways! Gateway #1 & #2
Even sprinted some with some explosive growth as the token smashed through the penny barrier of 0.0777 Hive at the time! Things were great and amazing! Had a big voter supporter inviting Pepe token to use a tag, chain, and community! Even brought along a fren! These two and many others have managed to collect some of our token in their blockchain wallets with their own keys! The "bank of frog" was off to a great start! Although we were not and still not any sort of "bank of frog".
Then there was this grand vision of the token being able to be staked and rewarded! At the time this was no where in sight. The treasury department didn't have enough funds. Then we discovered the #fun tag and we've been having fun all along! Upvotes have come and gone. Although getting stronger over time. Seems the treasury's strongest holding is in LOL tokens! Some blockchain accounts think this blockchain account is funny and keep sending LOL tokens to the Pepe token's wallet. So we have a war chest of LOL tokens! Ready to tackle the world of blockchain in a funny way! We'll just laugh at things and see what happens! This didn't always seem to work out well. So we managed to gather together some HIVE tokens. Sent them to a wallet. And behold staking was activated! There was must rejoicing as blockchain wallets could now stake the Pepe tokens and they didn't have to stay in that silly "liquid" form! Little did some know that they would become frozen! Those tokens became stuck in the wallet for weeks! So make sure to understand what these token things are up to. There's rumor of an unstake button somewhere. Or one may just leave them staked for eternity.
Some moon ago a whole bunch of $PEPE tokens were dumped into a real big pool to become known as the reward pool! There's also another smaller pool that you may put some mixture of $PEPE tokens and Hive Backed Dollars ($HBD). When your tokens swim in the pool and some of them find a way into another wallet yours can get rewarded! Next we'll activate the Pepe hive pool for moar swimming rewards! The treasury department is saving up for this. Another thing is the token distribution feature activation. These both cost a thousand BEEs, so we have much token harvesting to do!
Latest idea has been to use some of our token rewards to buy other $PEPE tokens off the open markets known as Pepe Cash ($PEPECASH) and Rare Pepe ($RPEPE). This was to reward some of those token holding wallets that want to exchange some for Hive. Then rewarding other blockchain accounts for holding large amounts of $PEPE tokens. Shall see how this values the various Pepe tokens between wallets in the market.
Open to feedback and ideas in growing the token and community. Few have reached out with some ideas and some $PEPE tokens are sent off weekly to reward users in some other community and find new homes in some blockchain account wallets! Few others have asked as well. However not exactly sure how to best work with some other communities. Open to ideas and discussions though!
