Ready for kick-off
This is not literally as we're not playing football, but the very first edition of our 50-point tourney is underway.
I, for one, am excited!
Hoping this will be a great success 😃
Briefing
To get things started, we will start with a starting stack of 1500 chips and 5 minute blind levels for the first 3 levels.
4th level will be 40 minute long and then there will be a 5 minute break before the next blind level, which is set to never expire. The number of levels and the time for each level is to make the game exciting without being "blinded out".
Blind levels will be:
- 25/50 (5min)
- 30/60 (5min)
- 40/80 (5min)
- 50/100 (40min)
- 75/150 (∞min)
The plan is to have late-reg for the first 3 blind levels. However, I think this is not possible to do automatically, so I'm hoping I can accept players who register in the late-reg period.
The tourney is set to start automatically at 7 pm UTC (9 pm my time according to google. Apologies if this proove to be wrong.. all that back and forth with the time is messing up my head).

I need to double check the time, now that the clocks went forward I know UK is an hour ahead of UTC so that is 8pm, ok and I registered ... number !
I always thought UTC and GMT were the same. Apparently, there is a difference. Was sure that the UK was the same as UTC 😅
