Hello, my dearest Hive friends! How are you all doing today? By the way, I just want to share with you some of my daily activities with my kids. As I told you before, I have two kids. Their names are Kaiden and Jayden; they are the same boy. Since I am a working mom, I don't have enough time to play with them on weekdays. But after work and getting home, I'll make sure that I give them time, and we just play for an hour or two before they go to sleep.
Here are some activities they do: As you can see in the pictures, they loved playing on the sand, which I allowed them to do. Because they really enjoyed it. And I love seeing them happy. Maybe some of you here will not agree with me on allowing their kids to do this, but for me, it's a normal activity for kids like them to enjoy being kids. And as a mom, what I want is to make them happy.
Another activity they do is play with cars, blocks, write, read alphabets, shapes, colors, trace numbers, and watch videos for kids like blippi, cocomelon, and more. Yes, you read it right. I also allowed them to watch videos for kids and use the phones. But with limited time only.
Do you know that they already know how to read? At the ages of 3 (Kaiden) and 2 (Jayden), yes, they do. They can also identify the alphabet letters in a random way, even the sounds. As well as shape, colors, and numbers. And I'm proud to say that. But, of course, I'm so proud of them as well. It was a happy feeling to see them happy with what they do and what they become.
So to all the working moms out there like me, I know it's difficult to be a good mother while at the same time giving them the better life that they deserve. But one thing is for sure: whatever you do and how you raise them, you did the right thing. And I salute you! And your kids are so proud of you. So keep fighting!🤞💪
