KNOWING LILIA - OUT OF HER COMFORT ZONE😉

Hello everyone! It's my first time posting here at the HIVE Community. And it's a pleasure to meet you all. Want to know me? If yes, I'll start first by introducing myself. My name is Lilia, but you can call me "Lils" for short. I'm 31 years old and live in Gerona, Tarlac. But I was born and grew up in Pangasinan. Are you confused? Haha. Want to know why? If yes, then I'll tell you the reason why. Two years ago, we moved here in Gerona with my husband and two kids unexpectedly because of my father-in-law's health condition. Eventually, after two months, he passed away. And on the same day, I was hired by a company that I am currently working for. And it was a mix of emotions at that time. So, to make a long story short, I was not able to go back to Pangasinan because of my job. If you ask, what will my job be right now? I am a plant admin, which is far from my previous job that I never expected to happen. But just like everyone says, you will never always get what you are planning for. But I'm still thankful for the job I have now because it helps me financially and provides for my kids needs.

You know, at first, I was hesitant to join this kind of community because I'm a shy person. And I don't know what to share with you because I'm not fond of posting my life on social media or sharing it with anyone. But with the encouragement of my co-workers which are also a member here will change my mind. Because I realize that going out of your comfort zone and exploring yourself was a great opportunity to meet a lot of friends and to grow as a person. That's why I am here now, sharing with you my life and learning from yours.

Do you like to know what my favourite foods are? So here it is. Haha, I love eating different kinds of foods like chicken curry, pigar-pigar, pancit sapporo (actually any kind of pancit), and desserts like buko pandan and macaroni salad; those are my favourites, which I always make on special occasions like birthdays or holidays. But, you know, cooking is not really my forte. Haha. But thanks to God, because he gave me a partner who loves and is passionate about cooking. And I must say, he's so good. It's not because I'm his wife, but everyone who tastes it will say the same. 😁
