Seems like people are looking for ways to celebrate each and everyday.
And for this day, I celebrate with them too. I celebrate us, I celebrate YOU.

Yung mga wala pang label at nasa talking stage pa lang - kapit lang 🤙🤙"

I saw this on the feed of news site, PTV Cordillera. At first, I was trying to think of how to celebrate this day but became pre-occupied with my son.
Later on, we went to church. Ain't that the best way to celebrate this day?
After lunch, we went to gather some rambutan fruits.
Nothing special. Just ordinary.
But it is special, for me.
Because a day is not ordinary as long as it is a day spent with loved ones, especially my husband and my son.
Anyway, enough with being corny. I would like to share some pictures I took from when we went to gather rambutan.
We arrived on the site and saw some ripe rambutans scattered around the tree. These are either over-ripe rambutan or those which were infected with insects.
The more you eat, the more you should gather. Yum!
We had to climb this to go to where the rambutan trees are. Anything for the sweet rambutan.
How did you spend the National Couple's Day?

Missed our Rambutan tree. It was uprooted when Odette came. Just by looking at the fruits is already a great wonder for me.
I am happy for you.
Owww that's sad. You should plant another. We bought grafted rambutan last year and they are starting to bear fruits now. Sadly, we planted it in the area where a new road is being opened. So we plan on buying replacements soon.
