Since it's a weekend, there is more time to prepare breakfast for the family.
I opened the fridge and saw some left over Korean Spam, Eggs and Rice. Yes! I put left over rice in the fridge to avoid spoilage overnight because it's really hot in here.
So what's for breakfast? CHAO FAN.
Of course I'm ready for my fried rice.
I have mixed veggies and ground pork in store plus some give away cabbage.
So let's start cooking!
First, prepare all ingredients.
Chop some garlic and onions.
Chop the spam in small cubes.
Thaw the ground pork.
Thaw the mixed vegetables too.
Wash the cabbage and slice them into strips.
Next, heat some oil in the pan and add the chopped garlic and onions.
Then, add ground pork and mix until slightly brown.
Then, add the cubed spam. and the mixed vegetables. Stir until cooked.
Add some oyster sauce and soy sauce and mix well.
Next, add the left over rice and mix until sauce is blended.
Then, add fried eggs. For this one, I used the eggs I cooked for my son which he didn't eat. So i just cut it into strips so I can add it to the chao fan.
Next, add the cabbage and mix.
Don't overcook the cabbage. Once blended, turn off the fire and continue mixing.
Here's the final output:
Additionally, I fried some dumplings and gimmari.
Soy sauce + water + vinegar + sugar for the dumplings and gimmari.
Let's eat!
