This is opuntia also known as prickly pear. It is quite tasty, but it lives up to its name. The one on your photos seems to be of the kind with little amount of thorns, but I'd still recommend you to wear gloves and cut out all the "spots" where thorns are before you try to eat the fruits, because the thorns are super tiny, and when they prick you, it is very hard to remove them from the skin. Even the fruits sold on the market have that problem.
