Hola amigos de Photo Lovers y demás usuarios de Hive. Estaba indeciso sobre cuáles fotos compartiría con ustedes en mi primera publicación para esta comunidad. Al final decidí por las que acá observan. Ambas fotos la tomé en La Hechicera, un paraje ubicado a 2435 m s. n. m., al extremo norte del estado Mérida, Venezuela. La Hechicera es una zona turística, universitaria y residencial ideal para cualquier actividad de esparcimiento y recreación.
Foto 1: Quizá el clima de la mañana, el entorno natural y el buen ánimo de mi hija (Naomi) hicieron de la foto algo especial. Como dice El Principito: «Únicamente los niños saben lo que buscan».
Hello Photo Lovers friends and other Hive users. I was undecided on which photos I would share with you in my first post for this community. In the end I decided on the photos that you see here. I took both photos in La Hechicera, a place located at 2435 m s. n. m., to the extreme north of Merida state, Venezuela. La Hechicera is a tourist, university and residential area ideal for any leisure and recreation activity.
Photo 1: Perhaps the morning weather, the natural environment and the good spirits of my daughter (Naomi) made the photo something special. As The Little Prince says: "Only children know what they are looking for."
Foto 2: La siguiente foto muestra parte del entorno natural de La Hechicera. La tomé desde la misma ubicación de la Foto 1. Las instalaciones que allí observan corresponden a la Facultad de Ciencias de la Universidad de los Andes. Al fondo se aprecian algunas de las montañas que forman parte de la Sierra Nevada de Mérida. En algunos momentos del año estas montañas se cubren majestuosamente de nieve.
Photo 2: The following photo shows part of the natural environment of La Hechicera. I took this photo from the same location as Photo 1. The facilities observed there correspond to the Faculty of Sciences of the Universidad de los Andes. In the background you can see some of the mountains that are part of the Sierra Nevada de Mérida. At some times of the year these mountains are majestically covered with snow.
