Recibiré 65 mil dolares ¿que hago?

Hola, les cuento que recibiré 66 mil dólares 🤑 de una herencia y les quería preguntar qué harían ustedes con ese dinero. Por mi parte, creo que lo mejor es comprar una propiedad, pero me gustaría algo decente y bien ubicado, y lamentablemente no es suficiente. Por si sirve de información, no tengo casi nada de plata ahorrada, acabo de encontrar trabajo hace un par de semanas y gano $800

Pd: caso hipotético para saber qué harían ustedes?
