Some people have business but don't have the tips for the business to grow instead they loses. The issue of starting a business is one,while it's tips is another. Giving those selling gold's as examples. Expecially in the worlds of nowadays,if u sell out all your gold's,then u are liable to later close down. Don't sell out all your golds,put them for hire insead.
Not every product should be sold out, you must have a business strategies. One should know and have it in mind that at which point am I going to invoice, at which point am I going to invoice you for my services.
I do always imagine and look at those businesses where the owner is more good at the business than the person he/she claims to employ. Its a terrible waste of money,asset.Hire any skills you cannot pick up, don't hire anybody in your business who is not better than you at what they say they do. Why are u intimidated to who salaries you pay? Be confident enough.
