Gratitude in my opinion means thankfulness, counting blessing, simple pleasure and accepting all that one receive. Gratitude never let you focus on what your life lack but instead,it let you focus on the substantial that is present in your life. It is not just a catalyst but a powerful catalyst for happiness. Can I also say its like a spark that lights fire of joy in your soul.
People tends to take the good things that is in their life presently for granted but if you do want to have a test, try or maybe think of losing what you have such as your eyes, legs for walking,ears for hearing or anything that gives you comfort. Then, imagine getting each of these things One after the order,you should consider how grateful you will be for everything
Once you become align towards being grateful for what you have, you will see that you will begin to appreciate the things that you have previously granted. Don't based your gratefulness only on what you desire for but all what you can get. Being noticing the little things you have around.
Start imploring gratitude to your experience, don't wait for a positive experience before you fell grateful. Developing an attitude of gratitude is one of the simplest ways to improve your satisfaction with life.
