Hello everyone, welcome to this ninth appointment where I intend to redesign @Splinterlands characters with my own style. In this new appointment I wanted to redesign the protagonist of the Hero of Beyond card in my own way, with this drawing I was able to give free rein to my style and imagination, in fact I love to draw superheroes, my style has been very influenced by American comics, where the characters are extremely muscular and very colorful. As always, I did not want to distort the original subject, even if in this case the stylistic differences are very evident. I wanted to make some more changes to the character, in fact, in addition to the muscular and imposing physique, I wanted to give the subject a different pose, the pose I chose allowed me to highlight the musculature of the body. My source of inspiration was some American comic plates. You can see the finished drawing below.

Let's see together all the steps I took to make this illustration. The first step was to create a sketch of the drawing, a very simple and stylized drawing, this first drawing served me only as a basis on which to build the final drawing.

As a second step I cleaned up the whole first drawing and redesigned the whole character with clean and defined lines, I also added a lot of details to enrich the illustration, below you can see the final version of the illustration.

The first phase of coloring, as always, involves a coloring performed only with spot colors. I then added lights and shadows to get the final result.

Ciao a tutti, bentrovati in questo nono appuntamento dove vado a ridisegnare i personaggi di @Splinterlands con il mio stile. In questo nuovo appuntamento ho voluto ridisegnare a modo mio il protagonista della carta Hero of Beyond, con questo disegno ho potuto dare libero sfogo al mio stile e fantasia, infatti adoro i disegnare i supereroi, il mio stile è stato molto influenzato dai comics americani, dove i personaggi sono estremamente muscolosi e molto colorati. Come sempre non ho voluto snaturare il soggetto originale, anche se in questo caso le differenze stilistiche sono molto evidenti. Ho voluto realizzare qualche modifica in più al personaggio, infatti oltre al fisico muscoloso ed imponente, ho voluto dare al soggetto una posa differente, la posa da me scelta mi ha permesso di mettere in risalto la muscolatura del corpo. La mia fonte di ispirazione sono state delle tavole di fumetti americani. Qui di seguito puoi vedere il disegno finito.

Vediamo insieme tutti i passaggi che ho fatto per realizzare questa illustrazione. Il primo passaggio è stato quello di creare uno schizzo del disegno, un disegno molto semplice e stilizzato, questo primo disegno mi è servito solamente come base sulla quale costruire il disegno definitivo.

Come secondo passaggio ho ripulito tutto il primo disegno e ho ridisegnato tutto il personaggio con line pulite e definite, ho anche inserito moltissimi dettagli per arricchire l'illustrazione, qui di seguito puoi vedere la versione definitiva dell'illustrazione.

La prima fase della colorazione come sempre, prevede una colorazione eseguita solamente con tinte piatte. In un secondo momento ho aggiunto luci ed ombre ottenendo il risultato finale.
