Proprio ieri sapevo di questa firma che era attesa da parecchi mesi seguo su Twitter parecchi fornitori di servizi crypto tra cui nexo e Celsius network e sembravano entusiasmati da questa firma ma sinceramente io non so se è una cosa positiva o negativa, non ho ancora avuto proprio un modo di approfondire questo ordine esecutivo però è vero che una regolamentazione è qualcosa di positivo però bisogna anche tenere in considerazione come viene fatta questa regolamentazione.
Non mi fido per niente quando dei politici dicono che vogliono tutelare il consumatore questo è uno dei punti introdotti da questo ordine esecutivo firmato da Joe Biden.
La cosa sicura è che si è scatenata da parte degli stati del mondo una corsa sicuramente ha una valuta digitale, la Cina molto probabilmente è già molto avanti ma a quanto ho capito anche gli Stati Uniti vogliono correre in questa direzione.
Le crypto hanno reagito bene a questa notizia all'inizio oggi mi sembrano un po' fiacche comunque bisognerà vedere poi gli sviluppi di questo ordine esecutivo ma molti sembrano entusiasti anche perché bisogna calcolare che negli Stati Uniti d'America ci sono circa 40 milioni di americani che ormai hanno a che fare col mondo criptovaluta.

Non saprei. Dal 2018 che sono nel mondo crypto, quasi tutti gli stati stanno rincorrendo BTC.
Ma non perchè gli investitori si possono far del male (basti pensare alle quote Parmalat se vogliamo ridere un po') piuttosto per la tecnologia che lo sottende: la blockchain è uno strumento magnifico per poter tracciare in maniera univoca chiunque, quindi non è possibile nemmeno riciclare il denaro sporco.
Il vero "problema" delle crypto è la decentralizzazione e la censura (non sono censurabili); per questo motivo tutti gli stati stanno facendo di tutto per poter avere una loro CBDC e regolamentare le crypto, ovverosia centralizzarle e poterle censurare.
Per il momento continuo ad acquistare BTC, nel dubbio.
