dCity has become my Second most addicted game now on Hive blockchain after Splinterlands as I keep on building the city whenever I get some time!!!
This last week has been good for me with so many items I brought and another good news is that, this week, I completed the basic requirements of 1M sim power requirement and is officially a SIM millionaire now.
Thanks to @gerber, I cold get the millionaire role and the new items I brought from the market have made most of the city objects turn into green as in below screenshot and my main focus now is to reduce the tax somehow and get that under control in order to start earning more SIM as rewards.

Although, I completed the 1 million SIM power requirement, the snapshot is still showing old values and I am still shown as with 0 SIM power, but I am sure the new snapshot will be taken soon and I get to earn the rewards for that 1 million SIM power holding.
For the many objects which are displayed in above screenshot, I just brought about 1500K SIM last week in order to buy more cards and get into income related SIM earning bracket and I am happy that I am now at top 300 income earners.

The SIM power value is still shown Zero, which is stopping me from earning some extra SIM but that should be fixed soon and I should get some more SIM everyday.
Most of the items are covered and are in green with few of those in orange and few in red are mostly related to tax and I am in the process of reducing the tax, but the building which are mentioned to be required in order to reduce tax, are all huge SIM valued ones and many of those doesn't have a seller!!!!
So, that makes it difficult to move up in rankings, but I will just keep trying by creating bids so, as and when there is someone ready to sell the required card, I can grab it.

There is a BIG jump in my rankings related to income as I could improve the stats for it with those recent cards purchases and I am now earning 16 SIM every day which isn't much, but it's the starting point for me and should get up in the rankings soon, I am just trying to figure out about the taxes.
The income ranking is 300 and that means, I can claim a card everyday now and other categories such as population related one, popularity or education or creativity related ones are yet to be understood and I would like to keep the things simple and concentrate on earning more SIM from the dCity building.
The game is becoming more and more addictive for me and I just keep visiting the dcity.io every day and try to improve the stats for my city!!!!
My aim is to be among top 100 in the next couple of months and earn more SIM from rewards and keep playing this game.
Happy to know about this through a friend and now, there is no turning back as keep playing and keep buying the SIM!!!

Your city is really looking good now!
There is a ui bug, to get the SIM power (which you do have and shows in memo) to show up in game, account must be "registered". try voting for a president and see if that helps, and during the next snapshot your SimPower appears.
let me know and if that doesn't work I will suggest a few more things.

Yes, it's been good last 4 5 days where I spent some good amount of SIM to buy those cards and I would like to continue and sure, I will follow the steps you mentioned about the missing SIM Power thing.
