MoonKarts - The Powerups We Can Use In The Races

Hi Friends,

Good day to you all and I hope you are enjoying your Tuesday :)

I just thought I will write about MoonKarts today as it's almost a week back I last posted and here I am trying to explore on the power ups we have in MoonKarts game.

Previously, I wrote about the racing, different types of karts and then the rewards system we have in MoonKarts and this time, I am writing about the powerups we have.

Powerups are not just for enhancing our own game, but also to deploy some hazardous things to degrade our opponents performance and win the race in that way

We have 6 different types of powerups in MoonKarts game and each of those will have either helping us as drivers or bluff others to make their performance degraded.

Let's see each of the powerups in detail.

1. Lunar Glide:

I am starting with a negative one as the Lunar Glide is a powerup which will create a hazardous slippery oil deployed on the track and the karts which are behind our kart will start losing control and slips up.

These can make the karts to spin and fall behind and helps the driver who deployed this powerup.

Normally drivers will use these in the corners to maximize it's effect.

Celestial Trust:

Celestial Thrust is a positive powerup in a way which helps the driver who initiated this by using the card in such a way that, it temporarily increases the speed and allows the initiator to move ahead.

As these are temporary speed increasing powerup, we need to ensure we are using this at right time and when needed, as it will go off after some time.

Normally, when we want to catch up other drivers or when we want to move ahead, we use this to move out of the large group of karts.

3. Moonfire Missile:

As the name suggests, this is a missile launching activity and obviously it is another negative effect one targeting other karts and drivers.

So, this is used mostly when we are falling behind and want to disrupt the drivers/karts who are way infront of us or even we can target the karts which are behind us where we can plan to eliminate the drivers and karts.

Precision in aiming at the target and accurate timing of launching the missile will be key here to maximize the effect.

These all are good way of getting ahead in the race and get rewarded.

4. Cosmic Disruptor:

Cosmic Disruptors are the cards which will help in a way of disabling the electronic equipment of the other karts when activated.

This needs to be planned in such a way that, the place at which it is activated and also the timing of the activation is important.

We can activate these when we are sure that there are maximum karts are around us to maximize the effect of this as enabling this will disrupt all the other karts and without electronic devices enables, karts will be almost like dead.

5. Lunar Bolt:

Lunar Bolt is a kind of lightning effect created on a specific kart and disables it temporarily.

Meaning, this powerup will be targeting a specific kart and lightning bolt will be coming out of sky targeting the kart which is targeted and the kart will lose the control and the speed for the same will be decreased to make it fall back.

Since this a kart specific, we need to have precision to select the target kart and also timing of enabling this powerup will also be important as this is also for a specific temporary period.

6. Lunar Barrier:

Lunar Barrier, I feel is One of the best powerups as it is something which will protect the kart we are driving and also makes it immune to all the powerups opponent may try to throw on us.

This kind of creates a protective layer around our kart and makes it protected against the negative powerups one may use against us.

But, like other powerups, this is also for a temporary period and once the effect is gone, the kart will be vulnerable against the negative impacts.

Like if we see the above ones, those mostly will be used when we are in a corner or turns kind of track structures and we can activate this card in such turns and corners as the chances of negative impacts will be more in those areas of track.

I hope this was some informative one on the powerups. I personally haven't used the powerups yet, but will intend to use those when I go to the races next time.

Thanks, have a great day :)
