I saw a story online today about a business owner who moved to the UK and after moving to the UK his business was managed by someone, at first everything was going smoothly because he installed CCTV in and out of the business premises but later everything started moving sideways and not only that the business nearly collapsed, the manager stole a lot of money from the business. This guy was just trying to issue a warning to everyone in the diaspora whose businesses are in Nigeria that they should be careful with whatsoever they put in charge.
I shared something related to this a few months ago about a guy who put his family into his business hoping that his family wouldn’t do anything to sabotage his businesses, but at the end of the day, it was the same story. His brother and his parent nearly destroyed the business. This has nothing to do with the fact that you are putting a stranger or your family to manage your business, This has everything to do with loyalty because somebody is related to you by blood doesn’t mean they will be able to take care of your things the way you would.
Loyalty is golden
One thing so many people have not realized yet is that loyalty is Golden. Just because somebody is your blood doesn’t mean that they will be loyal to you and because somebody is not related to you by blood doesn’t mean they will not be loyal to you. Loyalty doesn’t have anything to do with those things, It’s a rare quality you don’t see often but if you have the opportunity to see people who are loyal to you try as much as possible to hold them Tight. Loyalty is very expensive, people pay far too much for not having people who are loyal to them.
Loyal people are assets and even if you don’t need them now you might need them in the future. Some of you are lucky enough to have this asset, You should try to guide it with your life because people will die to get one of the greatest assets you have. Some people have who they can trust and can help them to manage anything and this doesn’t have anything to do with the fact that we are blood-related or not. This set of people should be treated well and you must move closer to them. You must also hold them tight because that might be the only chance you get to have a loyal person in your life and we have so many people right now who know they can’t trust any of their things with anybody because they don’t have anybody that is loyal to them.
People hate to face it
People always hate to face the reality that they don’t have anybody that they can trust which is why they go the extra mile to install CCTV to monitor their business and in the end, these unloyal people still look for ways to cheat them. It is always better to face the reality that you don’t have anybody that you can trust with your money, keep your money instead of giving it out to such individuals. Some people know what they are going to get in such relationships which is betrayal but we continue with it anyway.
There is nothing bad in you having nobody to trust. It becomes bad when you find it difficult to accept and you still go ahead to put your trust in somebody that you know is not loyal to you and that is when it is bad. You’re not only going to lose your time, you’re going to lose your money and if care is not taken you might end up losing your life. It is always better to just face the reality that you don’t have anybody that you can trust with your things and move on with your life it is better that way.

Most of us in life have just few loyal people. Blood doesn't really mean anything. Sometimes someone who loves you may still not be able to handle your business or resources the way you would want it.
