It’s difficult to retain users as most of the time you end up missing posts, the 24 hour curation window is another factor contributing to this issue.
All in all though this blockchain has a lot to offer and most of the crypto ”enthusiasts” haven’t caught up on it yet.
Software development takes a lot of time, so it’s difficult to find people willing to work either underpaid or not paid at all.
Exactly! I wonder how Inleo, with their mass onboarding (if they are real users), is taking care of everyone. At least we have communities supporting users, but it would be great to have extra motivation. Take @hivebuzz as an example—I think a lot of people misjudge the importance of this tool, and since its survival is determined by DHF, I fear we could lose them. It looks like their proposal didn’t receive enough votes.
DHF is a great way to get support from the blockchain, but ultimately, it is run by the whales and not by the people. Even though Hive has no CEO, in some ways, the future of Hive depends on what four or five whales decide. But in the end, it’s still worth trying.
Overall, it’s nice to see you are still posting on Hive. 😉
