Never before have I invested this much time, energy, and even my own money into the digital world.

Same here. I am slowly buying HBD. And at one point I had a winning posting streak of few years(?). It has been broken but at the moment I am happier with my content than I was during that streak. So I also intend to continue making content on Hive for a very long time.

I think it's more important to post about the things we love to do instead of what seems to be trending / mostly rewarded. It would give us the most satisfaction. And if it gets rewarded then consider that as a bonus.

yes, you are right.

Some content needs a while to simmer in the brain and perhaps go through a few revisions. Discipline and practice can certainly produce consistently respectable copy, but the evergreen essays or articles that flow from a higher region, don't always come on command or schedule.
