Its been a while that I shifted to choosing ACKO Car Insurance as a insurer for my car Hyundai i20. Yeah, I know it's not the most luxurious car, but overall, it's a decent hatchback for a small family. But I get to the main topic of this post here are some numbers tied to ACKO as a Insurance company.

This is what their landing page claims and I am guessing that will be true only as now days ACKO Insurance has become very popular here in India and they have tie up with Amazon where its being promoted on their website for all car insurance policies. And I happen to change my previous car insurance company by seeing the Add on Amazon only so you can imagine how many customer ACKO would be attracting and capturing the market share from major players like ICICI Lombard, HDFC ERGO, Bajaj Allianz, Tata AIG General Insurance. ACKO Car Insurance - Good Experience So Far with them...
Have a look at the following images of my CAR that met with an accident. Actually the Auto Rickshaw aka TUK TUK just banged into it. Luckily I was coming at a speed to 30/40 Kmph and both the vehicles collided and no major injuries were there. Though the Auto Rickshaw had some bleeding that required immediate attention but rest all was fine. But then the damage was done to my car and I had to let go the Auto Rickshaw driver giving him some money though it was not my fault. Considering that it would be a major dent in his pocket to repair his vehicle. I have my car covered with ACKO Car Insurance and hence I started the claim process with them...
ACKO Car Insurance - Good - Claim Process
As soon as I returned home, parked my car in the parking allotted to me in my apartment and then quickly browsed through the ACKO App to raise the claim request. And let me tell you that claim process is fully automated and right now the situation is that the ACKO team has picked my car for repair in the garage and they have me a quote of Rs.25K and for which I will just need to pay Rs.3K the rest part the insurance company is going to cover.. So will you not say that the experience with ACKO Car Insurance was good so far. I now look forward to my car being delivered in 5 days and I just hope that work is done to the precision so that there is no complain from my side at least and rest assured they are going to be my go forwards insurance provider moving forward for other vehicles that I have i.e. two wheeler as well I will shift to them.
