Recently I haven't been very active in Golem Overlord because I'm very busy with my work, so I'm just collecting PART and SHARD 1x per day and getting 1 victory in Conquest mode so I can receive my daily Yixn's Trinket II. This means that it's been a while since I completed any Quests in the game and although the Tier 3 Quests aren't very profitable, I still manage to make an average of 1 Swap.Hive per day with the NFTs I receive from them, it may seem like little but every penny counts for me to achieve my goals in Golem Overlord.
After looking at the Quests I have, I realized that I have a Tier 3 that is almost complete so I decided to complete it to see if I'll get lucky this time and get some good rewards.
The quest I'm going to complete is the Conqueror's Challenge, the requirements are:
Attack 10 players who are above me on the leaderboard.
Burn 1000 PART
Collect PART/SHARD 1x.
This is probably the easiest Tier 3 Quest to do and it only takes a few minutes to complete, so let's see what rewards I can get this time.
The Conqueror's Challenge quest will give me the following rewards:
- 111 XP for the player.
- 8 XP for the Advisor.
- 211 Reputation.
- 1 Forge Sigil NFT of Exceptional quality.
After completing the Quest, I only need to collect the Rewards, but remember that only the player's XP is earned instantly and for free after completing the Quest. To earn the other rewards, the player needs to pay a certain amount of SHARD to unlock them.
To unlock the remaining rewards of the Conqueror's Challenge Quest, I need to pay 62.5 SHARD.
62.5 SHARD is the equivalent of 0.14 Swap.Hive so let's open the chests and see if I made a profit on this quest.
Unfortunately I was unlucky because I got the only Forge Sigil NFT of Exceptional quality whose value is less than 0.14 Swap.Hive.
The lowest price of the Apex Mark on the market is 0.11 Swap.Hive and that means that this time I made a loss, but it's okay because compared to the profits I made by completing other Quests I'm still positive and I believe that in the next Quest I'll be able to make a profit that compensates me for it and this one.
My main goal in Golem Overlord currently is to reach Prestige 15 and unlock the Tier 4 Quests, taking into account my XP gain rate, I will be able to reach this Prestige level in 1 month or less so it won't be long before I test the profitability of the Tier 4 Quests.
