Today is the day to open Loot Chests in Splinterlands, there is little time left until the season ends and I need more battles to increase my SPS and Glint profits, so I hope to get some energy by opening Loot Chests today.
My strategy for the reward store is very simple, I spend all the Glint I receive on Loot Chests because in my opinion it's the best option since I can get cards, energy and jackpots, all of which are very useful for my goals and to increase my profits in the game.
I recently managed to accumulate 49,331 Glint and my choice of Loot Chest will be the Ultimate Chests, they are the ones with the highest chance of winning jackpots and that's why I chose them today.
Although winning jackpots is very nice, I'm already happy if I manage to win a good amount of energy, so I can increase my Glint and SPS earnings this season.
With the 49,331 Glint I have enough to open 10 Ultimate Chests, each of which costs 4,500 Glint and has the following reward chances:
The drop rates for Utimate Chests are:
- 33% chance of getting Reward Cards.
- 26.90% chance of getting Potions.
- 20% chance of getting Merits.
- 20% chance of getting Energy.
- 0.1% chance of getting Jackpots.
My luck with Jackpots and Energy is horrible, so I hope this time I have better luck than the Loot Chests I opened before.
Unfortunately, my luck wasn't the best today and besides not getting much energy, I also didn't get any jackpots.
Since I started playing Splinterlands I've opened thousands of Loot Chests and I haven't been lucky enough to get any jackpots.
One of my strategies is to always use Alchemy potions when opening Loot Chests because this way I increase my chances of getting Gold Foil cards and I can burn them to get more Glint and open more Loot Chests. It's a simple strategy but very useful because sometimes I may not get enough Glint to open all the Loot Chests I want in the season.
There are still a few days left to accumulate more Glint and open more Loot Chests and I hope my luck improves in the next ones I open.
