I think I'll probably have to get some DEC-B before the sale ends. It's always better to have some and I can always buy some DEC later if I need to. Who knows whether or not I will really need it.

If you have plots the DEC-Bs will allow you to get attractive discounts otherwise the only use case at the moment not related to lands is buying energy points ;)
