League Tier Advancement Chests Are Live! + My Game Activity and Progress and My New Seasonal Goals (ENG/IYA)
Two days ago, on Tuesday October 1, 2024, a new reward mechanism was introduced on Splinterlands: the Leagues Level Advancement Forces.
During each season, every time a player advances in a league he/she receives some Loot Chests whose amount and type depends on the league he/she enters.
Obviously in the case of indirection in a league, it is not possible to receive the same award twice when advancing in the same league twice during the same season.
I really like this new reward mechanism because:
- it adds an incentive to improve one's game achievements and advance in leagues
- the possibility of receiving chests that contain a random prize among Energy, Merits, Potions, Reward Cards and Jack-pots adds that extra bit of fun related to the luck factor = hope of finding a nice prize in the chest.
In the current season of Splinterlands, I started in the Gold II league and today advanced to the Gold I league of the Modern Format.
I received my first reward for being advanced in league:
- 9 Minor Chest
- 6 Major Chests
I chose not to use potions because I have few of them and because I prefer to use them to open Ultimate chests because I increase my probability of finding Gold Foil and Legendary cards more.
In the next image you can see what I found inside the chests I opened.
If the current season ends like the previous one (I arrived in Diamond III league) starting from Gold II league and arriving in Diamond III league I could receive in total:
- 27 Minor chests
- 18 Major chests
- 1 Ultimate chests
In order to purchase the same amount of chests in the Reward Shop, it is necessary to spend 27900 GLINT and then this new reward mechanism can always be given a value in GLINT.
I also really like the new organization of the main menu that has grouped all the game modes under the PLAY section.
As for my game results I am very satisfied with how I finished the previous season.
In fact, my season goals were:
- finish the season at least in the Gold I league of the Modern Format.
- earn at least 135K GLINT
Although I did not use all the energy points I had available, I finished the season in the Diamond III league with a rating = 2900 points.
I had hoped to finish at least in Gold I and I arrived in Diamond III and for that reason I am very satisfied.
My second season goal was to accumulate at least 135K GLINT and instead I accumulated a total of 75109+75109 = 150218 GLINT.
I used the 150K GLINT to purchase:
- 400 Common Draws -> My Link Opening
- 100 Rare Draws -> My Link Opening
- 15 Major Chest
With the contents of the 15 Major Chest I was not very lucky
With the cards I found in the 400 Common Draw and 100 Rare Draws, I made further progress in upgrading the Rebellion reward cards.
I now have 12 Rebellion Reward cards of level 6.
I also have 11 Rebellion reward cards of level 3 and 1 card of level 4.
My goal is to have all of these cards at the maximum level but to reach this goal I will have to purchase many more Common Draw and many more Rare Draw because my completion rates are below 40 percent.
I like to set higher and higher goals for myself and my goals for the current season are:
- achieve at least
Gold IDiamond III league in the Modern Format. - to accumulate at least ~~135K~ 155K GLINT.
So I am very satisfied with how season 143 went, and I hope season 144 will go even better!
Another goal I would like to achieve in the current season is to get a win rate above 50% because in the previous season I came very close to this goal but without achieving it.
If I want to improve my win rate and if I want to improve my in-game rewards I must continue to increase the battle strength of my card collection usable in Modern Format.
I have five active Bid purchase offers on Peakmonsters to upgrade to the highest level the Oshuur Constantia, Stitch Leech, Agor Longtail, Iziar and Junker cards.
I am very close to completing the upgrade to the highest level of Stitch Leech (I am 1 BCX away) and Junker (I am 50 BCX away).
Regarding my SPS tokens, I continue to make progress because in season 143 I gained 1340.78 SPS
I now have 105206 SPS staked.
I also have 3209 SPS in the PKM:SPS pool that I will continue to feed by adding liquidity because I receive good APR(41%) in SPS, DEC, PKM and VOUCHER tokens
I also have to start planning for the future because I like to play only in the Modern Format where there are only real players and in my battles I use a lot of Chaos Legion cards.
For example in my most recent battle that I played and won in Modern Format I used 5 chaos legion cards and 1 gladius card.
There is no date yet for the release of the new set of cards but when it does happen I will no longer be able to use my Chaos Legion cards in Modern Format and if I don't decide now what to do I may find myself with a great reduction in my competitiveness in Modern Format leagues.

Nuove ricompense in forzieri per l'avanzamento nelle leghe + La mia attività di gioco e i miei progressi
Due giorni fa, martedì 1 ottobre 2024, è stato introdotto un nuovo meccanismo di ricompensa su Splinterlands: i Forzieri di avanzamento di livello delle Leghe
Durante ogni stagione, ogni volta che un giocatore avanza in una lega riceve un dei Loot Chests il cui quantitativo e la cui tipologia dipende dalla lega in cui si accede.
Ovviamente nel caso di retrocessione in una lega non è possibile ricevere due volte lo stesso premio quando si avanza nella lega da cui si è retrocessi.
Mi piace molto questo nuovo meccanismo di ricompensa perchè:
- aggiunge un incentivo a migliorare i propri risultati di gioco e ad avanzare nelle leghe
- la possibilità di ricevere dei forzieri che contengono un premio casuale tra Energy, Merits, Potions, Reward Cards e Jack-pot aggiunge quel pizzico di divertimento in più legato al fattore fortuna = speranza di trovare un bel premio nel forziere.
Nella stagione in corso di Splinterlands sono partito dalla lega Gold II e oggi sono avanzato nella lega Gold I del Modern Format.
Ho ricevuto il mio primo premio per essere avanzato di lega:
- 9 Minor Chest
- 6 Major Chests
Ho scelto di non usare pozioni perchè ne ho poche e perchè preferisco utilizzarle per aprire gli Ultimate chests perchè aumento maggiormente la mia probabilità di trovare carte Gold Foil e Leggendarie.
Nell'immagine successiva puoi vedere cosa ho trovato all'interno dei chests che ho aperto.
Se la stagione attuale dovesse terminare come la precedente (sono arrivato in lega Diamond III) partendo dalla lega Gold II e arrivando nella lega Diamond III potrei ricevere in totale:
- 27 Minor chests
- 18 Major chests
- 1 Ultimate chests
Per acquistare lo stesso quantitativo di chests nel Reward Shop è necessario spendere 27900 GLINT e quindi a questo nuovo meccanismo di ricompensa è sempre possibile dare un valore in GLINT.
Mi piace molto anche la nuova organizzazione del menu principale che ha raggruppato nella sezione PLAY tutte le modalità di gioco.
Per quanto riguarda i miei risultati di gioco sono molto soddisfatto di come ho concluso la precedente stagione.
Infatti i miei obiettivi stagionali erano:
- terminare la stagione almeno nella lega Gold I del Modern Format
- guadagnare almeno 135K GLINT
Anche se non ho utilizzato tutti i punti energia che avevo a disposizione ho concluso la stagione nella lega Diamond III con un punteggio di rating = 2900 punti.
Speravo di arrivare almeno in Gold I e sono arrivato in Diamond III e per questo motivo sono molto soddisfatto.
Il mio secondo obiettivo stagionale era di accumulare almeno 135K GLINT e invece ho accumulato un totale di 75109+75109 = 150218 GLINT.
Ho utilizzato i 150K GLINT per acquistare:
- 400 Common Draws -> My Link Opening
- 100 Rare Draws -> My Link Opening
- 15 Major Chest
Con i 15 Major Chest non sono stato molto fortunato
Con le carte che ho trovato nei 400 Common Draw e nei 100 Rare Draws ho fatto ulteriori passi avanti nell'upgrade delle Rebellion reward cards.
Adesso ho 12 Rebellion Reward cards di livello 6.
Ho anche 11 Rebellion reward cards di livello 3 e 1 carta di livello 4.
Il mio obiettivo è di avere tutte queste carte al massimo livello ma per raggiungere questo obiettivo dovrò acquistare ancora molti Common Draw e molti Rare Draw perchè le mie percentuali di completamento sono sotto il 40%.
Mi piace pormi degli obiettivi sempre più alti e i miei obiettivi per la stagione in corso sono:
- raggiungere almeno la lega
Gold IDiamond III nel Modern Format - accumulare almeno
135K155K GLINT
Sono quindi molto soddisfatto di come è andata la stagione 143 e spero che la stagione 144 vada ancora meglio!
Un'altro obiettivo che mi piacerebbe raggiungere nella stagione in corso è ottenere un win rate superiore al 50% perchè nella stagione precedente mi sono avvicinato molto a questo obiettivo ma senza raggiungerlo.
Se voglio migliorare il mio win rate e se voglio migliorare le mie ricompense di gioco devo continuare ad aumentare la forza in battaglia della mia collezione di carte utilizzabile nel Modern Format.
Ho cinque offerte di acquisto Bid attive su Peakmonsters per fare l'upgrade al massimo livello delle carte Oshuur Constantia, Stitch Leech, Agor Longtail, Iziar e Junker.
Sono molto vicino a completare l'upgrade al massimo livello di Stitch Leech (mi manca 1 BCX) e Junker (mi mancano 50 BCX).
Per quanto riguarda i miei token SPS continuo a fare dei progressi perchè nella stagione 143 ho guadagnato 1340.78 SPS

Ad esempio nella mia più recente battaglia che ho giocato e vinto nel Modern Format ho utilizzato 5 carte chaos legion e 1 carta gladius.
Non c'è ancora una data per il rilascio del nuovo set di carte ma quando avverrà non potrò più usare le mie carte Chaos Legion nel Modern Format e se non decido ora cosa fare potrei trovarmi con una grande riduzione della mia competitività nelle leghe del Modern Format.

So your aim is to max out your rare and common cards because you actually start buying epic and legendary cards? Because I didn't see any epic or legendary cards you've gotten with your Glints.
Yes my strategy is to max the common and rare cards first which are the easiest to max because they could be my card base in modern when the chaos legion cards come out of modern.
When I max the common and rare cards I will move on to the epic and then the legendary cards.
If I focused on epics and legendaries I could buy very few each season and these cards at the low levels are not useful for me in gold and diamond
