I like to set goals for myself to achieve especially in activities I like to do and also in projects I believe in.
Splinterlands is my favorite game on Hive and I enjoy writing posts that have Splinterlands as their topic.
I wrote my first post about Splinterlands over 18 months ago and that post has been followed by many others.
Splinterlands offers many ways for its players to earn money:
- When you win a battle you earn a certain amount of DEC tokens (Splinterlands' native fungible tokens)
- When you participate in contests that @splinterlands organizes every week you receive an upvote from the @steemmonsters account. The weight of the vote depends on the quality of the post but in 18 months I have never seen a post about Splinterlands contests without a vote from steemmonsters.
- When you make a post that is about Splinterlands and use the splinterlands tag or the spt tag you can receive a certain amount of SPT tokens.
- When you complete a daily quest you receive a number of chests that depends on the league you have reached. The higher the league, the higher the number of chests.Each chest can contain: DEC tokens, cards, or potions.
All the SPT tokens I have received so far I have always staked them and I have never sold a single SPT token because I have a goal to reach: 1 million SPT tokens (staked).
For those who are new players in Splinterlands (like @bencwarmer) or for those who have never heard of SPT tokens I write a brief explanation below.
The SPT tokens
SPT tokens are the tokens of the Splintertalk
The SPT tokens are called Splinterlands and are second level tokens on the Hive blockchain.
Like most of Hive's second-level tokens they can be: community and are the tokens created and issued by the @splinterlands account.
- sold
- bought
- transferred to another account
- delegated
- put in stake
All of the operations I listed above can be performed from the sites:
- Hive Engine (https://hive-engine.com/)
- LeoDex (https://leodex.io/)
To receive SPT tokens you must:
- write a post that discusses topics related to the Splinterlands game
- use one or both of the following tags: spt or splinterlands.
When you publish a post and you use the spt and/or splinterlands
reward of a post is displayed only in terms of token SPT and not $(HTU). tags your post will be visible on Hive but it will also be visible on the website: https://www.splintertalk.io/ The interface of https://www.splintertalk.io/ is very similar to the interface of https://hive.blog/ with the difference that the
For example, my last post on Splinterlands received an amount of 6677.21 SPT tokens as a reward.
The split of SPT tokens between the author of the post and the curator (the one who votes on the post) is 50%/50% respectively, so at the end of the seventh day since the publication of my last post I will receive approximately 3338 SPT tokens.
The more tokens you accumulate and stake on HiveEngine/LeoDex, the more your voting power relative to SPT tokens increases.
My Road To 1 Million SPT
My goal is to have 1 million SPT tokens (staked).
To speed up and optimize the accumulation of tokens I created a curation account
With my main account I follow and vote authors who write different topics in their posts and use different tags.
This way I don't waste my voting power related to SPT tokens. a while back: @libertygame27
With my secondary account @libertygame27 I don't post content but I accumulate SPT tokens and only vote for posts that have the splinterlands tag or the spt tag.
Today April 20, 2021 I have accumulated a total of 388747 SPT tokens.
On February 19, 2021, I had accumulated a total of 319978 SPT tokens.The last time I checked the amount of SPT tokens (delegated and staked) in my @libertygame27 account was February 19, 2021.
In 2 months I have increased the amount of SPT tokens in my possession by 68769 SPT (+21.49%).
I still have 611253 SPT to reach my goal.
If I maintain the same rate of increase I should reach my goal in just under 18 months (611253 / (68769 / 2) = 17.77).
Now let's together take a look at the current value of the SPT tokens.
Today April 20, 2021 the value of 1 SPT token is 0.00052 HIVE (Highest Bid on HiveEngine/LeoDex) and so on my wallet I have a total value of 202.14 HIVE.
The daily trading volume is low (53$) but the SPT token has a high staking percentage value: 86.96% and this is a very positive factor.
The SPT token can not be used directly to buy cards from the Splinterlands market as the DEC tokens but if in the future Splinterlands will think of other ways to use the SPT tokens the value could increase and a lot ...
For people like me who write a lot of posts about Splinterlands and frequently participate in contests organized by the @splinterlands account, using the spt tag and having SPT tokens as a reward is definitely an added value.
Not a Splinterlands player?
If you are not a Splinterlands player, you are missing out on a unique opportunity to have fun while earning cards and DEC.
Any game that allows you to buy cards and tokens is never just a game, it is also an investment.

Splinterlands offre molti modi per guadagnare ai suoi giocatori:
- Quando vinci una battaglia guadagni un certo quantitativo di token DEC (i token nativi di Splinterlands)
- Quando partecipi ai contest che @splinterlands organizza ogni settimana ricevi un upvote dall'account @steemmonsters. Il peso del voto dipende dalla qualità del post ma in 18 mesi non ho mai visto un post di partecipazione ai contest di Splinterlands senza un voto da parte di steemmonsters.
- Quando scrivi un post che riguarda Splinterlands e usi il tag splinterlands o il tag spt puoi ricevere un certo quantitativo di token SPT.
- Quando completi una missione giornaliera ricevi un numero di forzieri che dipende dalla lega raggiunta. Più è alta la lega e più il numero di forzieri aumenta.
Tutti i token SPT che ho ricevuto fino ad ora li ho sempre messi in stake e non ho mai venduto un singolo token SPT perchè ho un obbiettivo da raggiungere: 1 milione di token SPT (staked).
Per chi è un nuovo giocatore di Splinterlands (come @bencwarmer) o per chi non ha mai sentito parlare dei token SPT scrivo di seguito una breve spiegazione.
I token SPT
I token SPT sono i token della comunità Splintertalk
I token SPT si chiamano Splinterlands e sono dei token di secondo livello della blockchain di Hive.
Come la maggior parte dei token di secondo livello di Hive possono essere: e sono i token creati ed emessi dall'account @splinterlands.
- venduti
- comprati
- trasferiti ad un altro account
- delegati
- messi in stake
Tutte le operazioni che ho elencato sopra possono essere eseguite dai siti:

Per ricevere i token SPT è necessario:
- scrivere un post che tratta argomenti collegati al gioco di Splinterlands

Quando pubblichi un post e usi i tag spt e/o splinterlands
ricompensa di un post è visualizzata solo in termini di token SPT e non $(HTU). il tuo post sarà visibile ovviamente su Hive ma sarà anche visibile sul sito: https://www.splintertalk.io/ L'interfaccia di https://www.splintertalk.io/ è molto simile all'interfaccia di https://hive.blog/ con la differenza che la
Ad esempio il mio ultimo post su Splinterlands ha ricevuto un quantitativo di 6677,21 token SPT come ricompensa.
La divisione dei token SPT tra l'autore del post e il curatore (colui che vota il post) è rispettivamente 50%/50% e quindi al termine del settimo giorno dalla pubblicazione del mio post io riceverò circa 3338 token SPT.
Più token accumuli e metti in stake su HiveEngine/LeoDex e più il tuo potere di voto relativo ai token SPT aumenta.
My Road To 1 Milione di SPT
Il mio obbiettivo è di arrivare ad 1 milione di token SPT.
Per velocizzare e ottimizzare l'accumulo dei token ho creato tempo fa un curation account
Con il mio account principale seguo e voto autori che scrivono argomenti diversi nei loro post e che usano tag diversi.
In questo modo non spreco il mio potere di voto relativo ai token SPT.: @libertygame27
Con il mio account secondario @libertygame27 non pubblico contenuti ma accumulo token SPT e voto esclusivamente i post che hanno il tag splinterlands o il tag spt.
Oggi 20 aprile 2021 ho accumulato un totale di 388747 token SPT.
Il 19 febbraio 2021 avevo accumulato un totale di 319978 token SPT.L'ultima volta che ho controllato il quantitativo di token SPT (delegati e messi in stake) del mio account @libertygame27 è stato il 19 febbraio 2021.
In 2 mesi ho incrementato il quantitativo di token SPT in mio possesso di 68769 SPT (+21.49%)
Per raggiungere il mio obbiettivo mi mancano ancora 611253 SPT.
Se mantengo lo stesso ritmo di incremento dovrei raggiungere il mio obbiettivo in poco meno di 18 mesi (611253 / (68769 / 2) = 17,77).
Adesso diamo insieme uno sguardo al valore attuale dei token SPT.
Oggi 20 aprile 2021 il valore di 1 token SPT è di 0,00052 HIVE (Highest Bid su HiveEngine/LeoDex) e quindi sul mio wallet ho un valore totale di 202,14 HIVE.
Il volume di scambio giornaliero è basso (53$) ma il token SPT ha un alto valore della percentuale di staking: 86,96% e questo è un fattore molto positivo.
Il token SPT non può essere utilizzato direttamente per acquistare carte dal mercato di Splinterlands come i token DEC ma se in futuro Splinterlands penserà ad ulteriori modi di utilizzo dei token SPT il valore potrebbe aumentare e di molto...
Per chi come me scrive molti post sul gioco di Splinterlands e partecipa frequentemente ai contest organizzati dall'account @splinterlands, usare il tag spt e avere come ricompensa i token SPT è sicuramente un valore in più.
Non sei un giocatore di Splinterlands?
Se non sei un giocatore di Splinterlands stai perdendo un'occasione più unica che rara per divertirti e allo stesso tempo guadagnare carte e DEC.
Ogni gioco che prevede l'acquisto di carte e di token non è mai un semplice gioco ma è anche un investimento.
