Yes my first test showed this although by renting cheap but useful cards in battle and increasing the level of soulbound cards, the win rate increased in the later part of the season.
This season I am playing with 154 non-soulbound cards (5568 BCX) and have delegated 50 K SPS.
The results of the first two days are better but I don't know if the gain in SPS will be enough to cover the costs.
In my opinion, Wild Pass is useful against bot farms but it also drives players away from Wild Format and consequently decreases the value of cards...
I am curious to see the results at the end of this season
