Buongiorno a tutti e ben ritrovati.
Dopo essermi lasciato alle spalle una settimana da un certo punto di vista piuttosto complicata, ma che, dall’altro, mi ha consentito di essere molto più presente su questa piattaforma, riuscendo a scrivere un post al giorno, eccoci di fronte all'inizio di un nuovo periodo, che si preannuncia ancora un po' complesso, che inizio, qui, dedicando queste mie poche righe al mondo di Splinterlands.
Visto che, purtroppo, quei lavori di ristrutturazione, che sto facendo fare all'interno del mio appartamento, ancora non sono giunti al termine, al contrario di quanto avrei sperato, mi ritrovo ancora sballottato, un po' di qua, e un po' di là, e, visto che non riuscirò, quindi, a dedicarmi ai miei impegni principali, come vorrei, eccomi ritrovarmi con un po' più di tempo a disposizione, se non altro, per questa mia passione che ho ripreso a portare avanti.
E a proposito di passione, eccomi riprendere quella che, nata per gioco, in un momento di puro cazzeggio, ha iniziato a prendermi sempre di più, e che ora non vedo l'ora, settimanalmente, di riprendere per condividere con voi i risultati che riesco ad ottenere.
Mi sto riferendo, come credo ormai avrete ben capito, sia dall'immagine qui sopra, che dal titolo del post, alla mia reinterpretazione personale di alcuni personaggi del mondo di Splinterlands, rivisitati utilizzando l'intelligenza artificiale, ovvero, nello specifico, ChatGPT, con i quali partecipo allo Splinterlands Art Contest settimanale.
In questo caso, ma non credo ci fosse necessità di precisarlo, il protagonista principale è Zintar Mortalis, evocatore dell'elemento morte, che mi sono divertito a rivedere in una sua rivisitazione quanto mai realistica, e devo dire con risultati piuttosto inquietanti, per quanto, secondo me, decisamente piacevoli.
Anche in questo caso, memore delle difficoltà che mi sono trovato ad affrontare quando ho tentato di realizzare la mia versione di Olivia the Brook, con descrizioni, o prompt, che dir si voglia, fin troppo dettagliati, senza riuscire ad ottenere quello che volevo, ho scelto di percorrere una strada ben diversa, che, al contrario, ed in modo molto più semplice, mi ha, finora, fatto ottenere ottimi risultati, come, ad esempio, nel caso del mio Franz Ruffmane della settimana scorsa
Anche quest'oggi, quindi, la descrizione che ho utilizzato per realizzare il mio risultato finale è stata decisamente molto più semplice, lasciando, fondamentalmente, mano libera alla "fantasia" di ChatGPT, che devo dire mi ha nuovamente stupito.
Come nei miei articoli precedenti, vi condivido, qui di seguito, il prompt che ho utilizzato: "Un'immagine fotorealistica di un negromante oscuro con una maschera a forma di teschio, ed un energia magica verde brillante che gli turbina intorno alle mani. Indossa una tunica viola scuro e nera con accenti rossi e le sue spalle sono adornate da corna inquietanti e frastagliate. In una mano, tiene un bastone mistico con un globo luminoso, che irradia magia oscura. L'ambiente circostante è avvolto nella nebbia e nelle ombre, con un'atmosfera sinistra e soprannaturale. Lo sfondo è un regno oscuro e mistico, con fiamme verdi e nebbia inquietante che esaltano il tema della magia oscura."
Devo ammettere che i risultati ottenibili continuano a stupirmi sempre di più, rendendo evidenti le potenzialità del mezzo da me utilizzato, e, tenendo conto che fondamentalmente mi ritengo un semplice dilettante, non oso pensare che cosa sia possibile ottenere se si è un po' più abili del sottoscritto, cosa che, se da un lato mi può entusiasmare, dall’altro mi mette anche un po' di inquietitudine.
Se è vero, infatti, che non voglio pensare a scenari alla Terminator, ammetto che, ogni tanto, qualche dubbio in merito a tutte queste forme di intelligenza artificiale, che stanno sempre più proliferando, e stanno diventando sempre più brave, mi viene, tanto più alla luce della "deficienza naturale" di noi umani, che forse mi terrorizza anche di più.
Ma queste sono solo mie divagazioni personali che ben poco c'entrano, in realtà, con l'argomento di questo mio post, che tra l'altro, fondamentalmente, direi di poter chiudere anche qui, visto che non avrei poi molto altro da aggiungere.
Nella speranza che, anche in questo caso, l'immagine che vi ho condiviso possa essere di vostro gradimento, ben conscio, come ho sempre sostenuto, che ci saranno opere sicuramente più meritevoli della mia, e soprattutto con un lavoro ben diverso, e più concreto, di quanto io abbia fatto, vi auguro una buona giornata e vi rimando alle prossime puntate di questo contest al quale, ormai, vorrei continuare a partecipare.

After leaving behind a week that was quite complicated from a certain point of view, but that, on the other hand, allowed me to be much more present on this platform, managing to write a post a day, here we are at the beginning of a new period, which still promises to be a bit complex, which I begin, here, dedicating these few lines of mine to the world of Splinterlands.
Since, unfortunately, the renovation work I'm having done inside my apartment hasn't been completed yet, contrary to what I had hoped, I still find myself tossed around, a bit here, and a bit there, and, since I won't be able to dedicate myself to my main commitments, as I would like, here I am with a bit more time available, if nothing else, for this passion of mine that I have started pursuing again.
And speaking of passion, here I am, resuming the one that, born for fun, in a moment of pure messing around, has started to take hold of me more and more, and that now I can't wait, weekly, to resume to share with you the results I manage to obtain.
I am referring, as I think you will have understood by now, both from the image above, and from the title of the post, to my personal reinterpretation of some characters from the world of Splinterlands, revisited using artificial intelligence, or, specifically, ChatGPT, with which I participate in the weekly Splinterlands Art Contest.
In this case, but I don't think there was any need to specify it, the main protagonist is Zintar Mortalis, summoner of the element of death, which I enjoyed seeing again in a very realistic reinterpretation, and I must say with rather disturbing results, although, in my opinion, decidedly pleasant.
Again, mindful of the difficulties I faced when I tried to make my own version of Olivia the Brook, with descriptions, or prompts, if you like, that were too detailed, without managing to get what I wanted, I chose to take a very different path, which, on the contrary, and in a much simpler way, has, so far, allowed me to obtain excellent results, as, for example, in the case of my Franz Ruffmane from last week
So even today, the description I used to create my final result was decidedly much simpler, basically leaving free rein to the "imagination" of ChatGPT, which I must say amazed me again.
As in my previous articles, I share with you, below, the prompt I used: "A photorealistic image of a dark necromancer with a skull-shaped mask, and bright green magical energy swirling around his hands. He wears a dark purple and black robe with red accents, and his shoulders are adorned with eerie, jagged horns. In one hand, he holds a mystical staff with a glowing orb, which radiates dark magic. The background is a dark and mystical realm, with green flames and disturbing fog that enhance the theme of dark magic."
I must admit that the results that can be obtained continue to amaze me more and more, making the potential of the means I use evident, and, taking into account that I basically consider myself a simple amateur, I don't dare to think about what it is possible to obtain if you are a little more skilled than I am, which, on the one hand can excite me, on the other also makes me a little uneasy.
If it is true, in fact, that I don't want to think about Terminator-like scenarios, I admit that, every now and then, some doubts regarding all these forms of artificial intelligence, which are increasingly proliferating, and are becoming increasingly better, come to me, especially in light of the "natural deficiency" of us humans, which perhaps terrifies me even more.
But these are just my personal ramblings that have very little to do, in reality, with the topic of this post of mine, which by the way, basically, I would say I can also close here, since I don't have much else to add.
In the hope that, also in this case, the image that I shared with you can be to your liking, well aware, as I have always maintained, that there will certainly be works more worthy than mine, and above all with a very different and more concrete work, than what I have done, I wish you a good day and I refer you to the next episodes of this contest in which, by now, I would like to continue to participate.
