Bitcoin in the early days did not have fees for transfers and the wallet worked as a mining app too. so anyone using it had the chance to get a 50BTC block reward with a normal PC. That is why Hive is way closer to the original Satoshi idea, than most of the cryptocurrencies out there.

Exactly, if I had to pay commissions for each movement of money, especially small values, then I would never use cryptocurrencies in real life
