Oggi volevo parlarvi di una festa che si avvicina, San Valentino, non so se si festeggia in tutti i paesi del mondo ma qui in Italia è abbastanza popolare, dedicata ad un santo ma come ogni festa cattolica si dice che abbia origini pagane, oggi è la festa dell' amore una festa romantica e anche molto molto consumistica.
A Me sinceramente questa festa non mi è mai piaciuta particolarmente e non ho memoria di averla festeggiata, una parte di me la trova molto sciocca, forse perché non sono una persona molto romantica o forse perché mi sembra stupido celebrare l' amore un solo giorno l' anno.
So però che molte coppie sono legate a questa festa e la considerano quasi sacra, si scambiano regali e vanno a cena fuori. Io odio andare a cena per San Valentino mi sembra che tutti i ristoranti rincarino in nome della festa e che l' atmosfera romantica sia molto forzata e finta, stessa cosa penso dei regali, se voglio fare un dono a mio marito glielo faccio anche senza una giornata dedicata.
So che è banale dirlo ma credo che l' amore che proviamo vada dimostrato ogni giorno senza una scadenza o una data precisa. Trovo San Valentino una festa troppo smielata, tutti quei cuori e frasi fatte le trovo odiose.
Dite che sono un po il Grinch di San Valentino? Può darsi, è una festa che mi crea davvero fastidio e voi invece? Siete pro o contro San Valentino?

Io invece sono molto romantico, non smielato, ma mi piace celebrare l'amore con galanteria. Non è una cosa che puoi fare tutti i giorni, intendo dimostrarlo in maniera più plateale, e quindi San Valentino è un'occasione in più random che ci viene data per farlo. Poi a me non interessa andare a cena col menù apposito ecc - anzi, in verità preferisco approfittare per prendere delle cose buone e di maggior qualità al supermercato e fare una cenetta romantica a casa 😚.
Anche i regali che si fanno se ci pensi sono diversi da quelli che faresti per natale o compleanno e quindi ben venga.
Sempre pensato che l'amore si dimostra 365 giorni l'anno e non soltanto il giorno di San Valentino.
Tutti i San Valentino che mi ricordo ho sempre giocato qualche partita di basket.
Mi sa che sono anche io il Grinch del San Valentino...ma di un po' tutte le feste... 😅
