Oggi mentre Samu e Reny fanno il pisolino il mio Papà sta facendo un lavoretto "elettrico" a casa quindi per me, niente riposino.
Alla fine devo solo supervisionare e quando mio Padre mi chiede passargli qualcosa, quindi ho il tempo per scrivere un po'.
Ancora siamo distanti dal fine settimana e dal consueto "report pokeristico", posso però anticiparti che tutto scorre in maniera tranquilla.
Ieri ho provato a mixare i livelli aggiungendo a tre tavoli di quello che gioco attualmente, il NL2, tre del livello superiore; la sessione è andata bene e mi ha portato a fare delle considerazioni che ho pensato di scrivere sia per informare Te sia per tenere traccia dei miei pensieri.
Ormai al NL2 vado col pilota automatico, sono molto confindent e ovviamente per nulla Money Scared, la mia avversione al rischio è pari a zero... Sono praticamente sempre pronto a metterle tutte nel piatto se reputo che la mia scelta sia EV+.
Alla luce di tutto quello appena scritto ho deciso che, non appena avrò raggiunto i 350 euro di roll, che corrispondono a 75 stack del NL5, mi cimenterò con questo livello; questo ottimisticamente avverrà entro l'inizio della prossima settimana, tra le altre cose giunto alla soglia prefissata avrò anche un bel cuscinetto dato dalla Rakeback poiché, anche se il mio portafogli segnerà 350, è come se ne avessi almeno altri 20 in più che a fine mese diventeranno anche 50.
Ho preso questa decisione perché mi sono reso conto che non mi piace mixare i livelli, mi sballa tutte le statistiche e questa cosa non mi permette di valutare bene il mio gioco, gli errori e i progressi; ovvio che è qualcosa di totalmente personale però, per me, attualmente funziona così.
Visto che stiamo parlando di livelli tutto sommato abbordabili penso che ridurre un po' i bui per il level up non comporti troppi rischi, ho pertanto deciso di fare level Up a 75 Buy in del livello superiore quindi, in questo caso a 350 euro e nel prossimo livello a 750, Il Nl25 invece lo affronterò solo dopo aver raccolto 100 "puglie" quindi 2500 euro.
Chi mi conosce sa che amo avere sempre dei piani in modo da poter essere pronto a reagire a tutte le conseguenze, fino a ora abbiamo parlato di situazioni standard in cui tutte le circostanze sono positive o comunque neutre... Ma se le cose andassero male?
Bene ecco il piano per una situazione avversa, qualora il mio banckroll dovesse scendere a 100 buy in del livello inferiore procederei a fare un Level down; per intenderci se da 350 euro dovessi passare a 200 per una serie di perdite ritornerei a giocare al NL 2 e, ovviamente, la stessa cosa vale per tutti i livelli superiori,
Ho definito questo un piano, ammetto però di essermi preso la paternità di qualcosa che non ho ideato io, lol!
Questi che ho definiti piani in realtà non sono farina del mio sacco ma sono delle vecchie e semplici "regolette" da utilizzare per i level up e i level down e qualsiasi giocatore di poker con delle conoscenze base le conosce e sa che sarebbe meglio applicarle per diventare vincenti e battere i livelli.
Parliamo di strategie che servono principalmente a preservare il mindset, se si gioca con uno stato d'animo sbagliato non si potrà mai essere vincenti; Ti porto un esempio, se per effettuare la mossa corretta devi andare all-in ma Tu hai il timore di farlo perché sono gli ultimi soldi che hai nel conto si dice che sei Money Scared, questa circostanza ti porterà a effettuare scelte sbagliate che sicuramente nel lungo periodo ti faranno perdere soldi.
Avere un banckroll profondo che permette di affrontare la varianza e di uscire indenne da sfighe e colpi di malasorte porta a giocare in maniera più serena e a fare la scelta giusta più volte; ho notato tra l'altro, che per quel che mi riguarda, giocare iper-rollato previene il Tilt e mi porta ad affrontare ogni sessione in piena serenità.
Cosa è il tilt?
Beh si, hai ragione, non tutti conoscono il gergo pokeristico anche se, a dire il vero, questa è un'espressione che esiste anche in altre situazione e in altri contesti; sei in tilt quando il tuo gioco è influenzato negativamente dalle tue emozioni.
Ci sono vari tipi di tilt, quello più comune nel poker è quello influenzato dalla rabbia; magari dovevi vincere un colpo al 90% e invece sei stato "scoppiato", oppure il giocatore dopo di Te tribetta ogni volta che apri.
C'è un libro interessantissimo che parla di mindset che da come definizione base del tilt questa: TILT = RABBIA + CATTIVO GIOCO; credo che sia la descrizione più azzeccata mai fatta!
Consiglio vivamente questa lettura, il titolo è: Il mental game del poker", tra l'altro la traduzione italiana è stata curata da Gida Fang nota a tutti gli appassionati di Poker col nick "CatSniper84", negli anni belli del poker è stata SuperNova Elite su Pokerstars, la prima donna in Europa a riuscirci.

Yesterday I tried to mix the levels by adding three tables of the one I currently play, NL2, to the higher level; the session went well and led me to make some considerations that I thought I would write both to inform You and to keep track of my thoughts.
Now at NL2 I go on autopilot, I am very confident and obviously not Money Scared at all, my aversion to risk is zero... I am practically always ready to put everything in the pot if I consider my choice to be EV+.
In light of everything just written I have decided that, as soon as I have reached 350 euros of roll, which corresponds to 75 stacks of NL5, I will try my hand at this level; this will optimistically happen by the beginning of next week, among other things, once I reach the set threshold I will also have a nice cushion given by the Rakeback because, even if my wallet will mark 350, it is as if I had at least another 20 more that at the end of the month will also become 50.
I made this decision because I realized that I do not like mixing levels, it messes up all my statistics and this thing does not allow me to evaluate my game, errors and progress well; obviously it is something totally personal but, for me, it currently works like this.

These that I have defined plans are actually not my own work but are old and simple "rules" to use for level ups and level downs and any poker player with basic knowledge knows them and knows that it would be better to apply them to become winners and beat the levels.
