Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. Moon Karts was developed by the seasoned team of Splinterlands, and I think it is a pioneering step in the realm of WEB3 and Blockchain gaming world. I am aware that I am late to start playing Moon Karts but I think it is never too late, the important thing is to start and now I have also started this fascinating game. Based on my first experiences I can say that I really like the Moon Karts game, especially my son loved it, he is more eager to play it than me, I will probably have to create an account for him too.
In order to start a race in the Moon Karts game, you need at least a Kart and a Driver, so you need to have these karts on your account and you need to equip them and save them as Presets. By the way you can make your account more powerful by equipping Antennas, Exhaust, Rim, Power Ups, and Tech Cards and merging your cards. Let's take a look at how to use the Market in the Moon Karts game.
How to Use Market in Moon Karts Game
You can go to the Market by clicking on the Market link from the top menu. Then click on the NFT you want to buy.
You can use the search above or the filter on the side to find the NFT you want to buy more easily. I'm going to buy the driver NFT card Spark and I click on it.
Select the NFT card or cards you want to buy and then click the BUY button. You may select more than one. I select the one at the top with the item id "MK-D3-C-RF-CFC6E6C620" and clicked the BUY button above to buy it.
SCRIPT or CREDITS are used for purchases from the Market. It is very easy to get both.
How to get SCRIPT?
To get SCRIPT, click "Get More SCRIPT" under the "Cancel" button in the image above or click here.
You can convert your COLONY to SCRIPT or buy or sell SCRIPT via the Hive Engine. I usually use Hive Market, the best part is there are no transaction fees and all transactions are lightning fast. I always prefer internal DEXs built on Hive for trading, the best part is there are no transaction fees and all transactions are lightning fast.
You can either enter a sell order or buy from sell orders. However, if you enter a very low price, it may take time for your sell order to be filled.
How to get CREDITS?
To get CREDITS, click "Get More Credits" under the "Buy" button in the image above or click here.
1,000 CREDITS are equivalent to $1 USD. As written in the image above, you can buy Credits with credit card ($10 minimum) or HIVE cryptocurrency.
After entering the amount of CREDITS you want to get, you can pay with HIVE, PayPal or Coinbase Commerce. I clicked Hive Keychain to pay.
You can pay with HIVE, GLUSD, SCRIPT, GLX or COLONY. Select whichever you want to pay with and then click the Pay with Keychain button. I select to pay with HIVE.
And finally, you need to confirm the payment via Keychain.
It's that simple. The confirmation was incredibly fast, I don't know exactly how long it took, but I can say it took less than a second.
Let's go back to purchasing the card.
I select CREDITS and clicked the BUY button and confirmed with Keychain. and I bought the driver NFT card Spark for 200 CREDITS ($0.20).
And within seconds the card was added to my account.
Also, I bought an NFT Astrokart. Now it's time to equip them to the Preset.
How to Equip Cards to a Preset
To equip Karts, click on the Karts icon and click on your card.
And equip it,
To equip Drivers, click on the Drivers icon and click on your card.
And equip it. You can follow the same path for all of them and add your cards to Antennas, Exhaust, Rim, Power Ups, and Tech Cards as well. In order to start a race, it is enough to equip a Kart and a Driver, but I recommend that you also equip Antennas, Exhaust, Rim, Power Ups, and Tech Cards with suitable NFT cards, so your game will be of higher quality and your chances of winning the races will increase. I will add to all of them in a few days and my primary goal will be to level up all of my cards as soon as possible.
And finally you need to save your Presets, it's that simple.
You can play either Single Player or Multiplayer, but you will need FUEL to start a Multiplayer race. You need to stake cards to generate FUEL. You can generate FUEL by staking your cards, check out Auto Vault for this. (I will talk about this in more detail later so that the post is not too long.)
I don't have any FUEL on this account right now, so I started a Single Player race.
It's a really great game and especially my son loved it. If playing is this fun even though my account is still very weak, I have no doubt that competing will be incredibly fun when I make my account even stronger. I am still very new to the game and have a lot to learn. I will focus on leveling up my cards and staking some of them. I will continue to share my experiences with you in the coming days.
Stake COLONY
Players must stake COLONY to unlock the highest rewards possible. All players have the opportunity to earn COLONY, but those who stake COLONY receive rewards proportionally greater than those who do not stake COLONY. In short, staking more COLONY opens the door to more rewards. Click here for source and more information and detailed explanation.
You can also earn COLONY by staking GLX and SPS, when I checked my wallet I saw that I had 364,405 COLONY rewards accumulated in my wallet, and I claimed them all.
You can transfer COLONY to players or to your Hive Wallet and transfer your COLONY tokens from your Hive Wallet to your in-game account.
I also bought some COLONY from the market to stake. And I transferred them from my Hive Wallet to my in-game account, , but they haven't arrived in my in-game account yet, I have no doubt they will be added to my account eventually, I will stake them when they are added to my account. I will now stake the COLONY tokens that are in my account.
I staked all 368,405 COLONY in my account. and now have 368,405 COLONY in Stake. One of my primary goals is to reach 100K COLONY in Stake, I think it will not be too difficult to achieve this goal, but first I want to make my account stronger for the game. First of all I will buy the cards I need and level them up and also stake some of them to generete Fuel.
My son and I really enjoyed Moon Karts and it looks like it will be one of my favorite games. Moon Karts offers both enjoyable and rewarding 3D play2earn gaming experience, I am particularly curious to see if challenge races will be added to the game, it would be great if there were challenges to other players like in Splinterlands and it would make the races incredibly enjoyable. This is just my opinion, I don't know if it's possible or not.
What do you think about the Moon Karts game? I would be glad if you write your thoughts in the comments.

Nice long post, thanks.

Do you use a controller or just mouse and key board? I played the test version before and found it a bit difficult with just mouse and keyboard. It's fun to play though.
Mouse and keyboard, haven't tried a controller yet but will.
