In difficult times

As a human, we all have times we face difficulties. Difficult times in life is sure, everyone must still have one or two times he/she has experienced difficulties in one way or the other. some people face difficulties with their career, some face difficulties in their marital life, some face difficulty with their health and some with their financial lives. Now, the ability to handle these difficult times is very crucial and important. As a person, difficult times can not be escaped. Or let me say; you don't have to try escaping difficult times, and we don't also pray that they come. But should eventually, we are faced with difficulties in life, The ability to which we handle these times, defines our expertise and propensity both in our profession, and in our lives as a person. We will explore ways we can handle difficult times in this piece.

Difficult times could be caused by many things, like I already said; health issues can bring difficult times, financial crisis can be bring difficult times , even marital problems or family issues can bring difficult times. When we are faced with difficult times, we begin to feel anxious , scared and sad. while they are really common feelings as humans, the best thing to do is to try to understand and acknowledge these feelings then try to be resilient and pliable. It is important to first develop the ability to control yourself when you are faced with hard times/difficult times. You don't fight difficult times, we only device means to stay victorious. It's important to note that sometimes, difficult times present us with opportunities; they come like challenges that present an upgrade in life. They are situations that teaches us valuable lessons in life and make us wiser depending on what the situation was.

The possibility and the prowess to handle difficult situations, irrespective of what kind of situation they are, lies in your self-awareness. What's self-awareness ? self-awareness is the ability for you to recognize and understand the things that makes you who you are as a person, both with your believes, actions, personality, thoughts and emotions. being self-aware, helps you to know how you can cope with situations.

But how can you really handle difficult times?; Most times people worries so much about their situations instead of thinking on a way forward. We don't solve issues by being worried about them, we solve issues by thinking our way through. worries will never solve anything. worries help to cripple your sense of reasoning. Solutions comes in thinking, not being worried. This is where people missed it. A problem solved is a problem that as been thought through. Some reasons why people face difficulties, is so that their thinking faculties can be quickened. Most people thinking faculties are dead, they just need revival. So that's an issue of it own. You need to think through situations and possible solutions. What you should know is that, there are always solutions to problems and you only need to think through them.

You are the solution; difficult times won't go like that, something has to be done, and if you are experiencing it or if you are in a difficulty time of your life, then you are probably the solution. every individual has the capacity to solve issues within their strength. Nothing as ever been impossible. Sometimes we are the barrier to our solutions out of fear and disbelieve.
The quality of our personality, is largely dependence on our agility. Every man has the solution to every difficulty he faces. It only demand our mental power or energy to to stay victorious.

There are problems that demands talking to people about. Issues like; marital issues and health issues. these kind demands sharing with trusted individuals, {that is only if they are beyond your handling} talk to trusted individual about them and only take advice from a qualified professionals and build your relationship around people who give values and solutions to difficulties. I understand times are hard, but you all need to stay safe.
