Figurati non devi scusarti, anch'io spesso tardo sebbene rispondo a tutti i commenti, a volte passa anche qualche giorno perchè gli impegni mi tengono occupato, ma poi arrivo 😉.

Mi fa molto piacere aver condiviso qualcosa di utile, mi farai sapere quale preferisci, anche perchè neanch'io li ho provati tutti, ho usato rum e cognac fin'ora. Però tra i due, in cucina preferisco il rum, conferisce un'aroma più corposo.
