Looks like a fun outing. I was in Milan a few years back for work, but didn't catch any gigs. These places can be expensive.

Yes, piazza del Duomo is probably one of the most expensive places in Italy, for everything (except Mcdonald's ahah)
I was on work expenses, so could live it up a bit. My hotel was in the centre.
