It may only be me, but I am way over their threshold for payouts and I can't collect my usage rewards (it tells me I'm in a queue that never ends).

unfortunately I can't help you. Have you tried contacting support?
I don't think they have any live support. But yeah, I like the idea behind the project so I got a bit disappointed. Maybe they will fix it in the future.
