Greetings, dear friends of Hive Blockchain
! I hope you all are doing well and feeling healthy. I am also good and enjoying my life in my country. It's Monday 10th day of February 2025 here in my place. Today I am again going to share my entry for Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge: Support Articles theme Training Mode
. You can also join in this weekly challenge, to know more about how to participate in this challenge visit this link.
Challenge Theme: Training Mode:
This week's challenge theme is to share about the Training mode of the Splinterlands game. So in this post, I will share some insights of my experience with the Training mode. I will show you how to access training mode and how it works. I will also share the benefits of playing Training mode and share tips to improve your gameplay.
How Training Mode works and how to access it:
On the main page of Splinterlands website, you can see Training
on the right navbar beside Challenge and How to Play. Click on the training and get started with the training mode. Once you click on that a pop-up will appear where you can customize battle and practice as many battles as you want. The Training battle is an Unranked battle in which you can not earn rewards and it is only available for practice purposes.
What can be customized in Training mode:
In the training mode, you can customize 3 things Difficulty of your opponents, the allowed cards, and Summoner level caps.
Difficulty:
The first thing you can customize is the difficulty level of your opponents. You can choose from available 3 options Easy, Medium, and Hard.
Allowed Cards:
The second thing that you can customize is the allowed cards. You can choose from available options of All cards, Modern, Ghost cards, and Ghost Modern cards.
Summoner Level Caps:
The last thing that you can choose from is the summoner level caps. You can choose from 5 available options Novice, Adept, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert.
Benefits of playing against automated opponents:
The benefits of playing against automated opponents are that the bots are fully trained and when you practice with them you can easily beat the real opponents in the ranked battles. Playing training modes will polish your gameplay skills.
Tips for using Training Mode:
Playing ranked battles requires Energy and once the energy is finished you can not play more battles until it recharges. I would suggest you try the training mode as much as you can if you are a newbie. Once you understand how to play the game and what card should be placed in what position then you can go to the ranked mode and start playing battles to earn rewards.
How to experiment with Ghost Cards:
To play battle with the Ghost cards simply select Ghost cards in the Allowed Cards section and you will be able to play battles with the cards that you don't have in your inventory. This feature makes the gameplay much more interesting and you can also play battles with the cards that you can't afford to purchase.
This is all about today, Thanks for visiting my blog.
