When it comes to increasing the number of Fans, opening packs is the best option in my opinion, because it's fun and you always have the chance to get legendary or epic cards that can give you a large number of Fans. Based on my pack openings since I started playing the game, I can say with complete certainty that opening packs was more profitable than buying cards directly from the market. Maybe it was luck, but I don't think so, because opening the packs on different days and in more than 70% of the times the number of Fans I gained was higher than what I would get by spending the same amount of STARBITS buying cards.
Although opening packs is fun, sometimes I like to search the Rising Star Game market for cards that are at a good price, and the reason for this is because I don't like to depend 100% on luck and also because I can get unique cards that help me increase my position on the leaderboard.
I am currently in a very low position on the leaderboard because I have few cards, but I am slowly climbing and one of my goals is to reach a position on the leaderboard that rewards me daily with Swap.Hive and the Drip token. I will explain more about the leaderboard in another post, in this post I will talk about my new acquisition of epic cards in Rising Star Game.
After searching for new card opportunities on the market I found 2 epic vehicles that are at a great price and that I do not currently have, so they will be a great addition to my collection.
The epic vehicles that I will buy are the E129 Spirit Limo which will increase my number of fans by another 1,000 and the E233 Maiden Halo which will increase my number of fans by another 1,100.
The E129 Spirit Limo is costing 79,500 STARBITS and that is a great price for the amount of Fans it will give me. Furthermore, it is an old card in the game that can no longer be obtained through packs, so I believe that in the future its price will increase and that is one of the reasons why I want it in my collection.
The E233 Maiden Halo is costing 87,900 STARBITS and that is also a great price for the amount of Fans it will give me. It is also a card that cannot be obtained through packs, so its price will probably increase in the future.
Both are unique cards for me and are priced much lower than they should cost in my opinion since they are old cards in the game, but this is good news because I can get them for cheap.
Now both are in my collection and I managed to increase my number of Fans by 2,100 paying only 167,400 STARBITS, this was a great price and since they are unique cards, in addition to increasing my number of Fans, they will also help me in my goal of achieving a high position in the leaderboard, although this will probably take some time to achieve.
Now my number of Fans is 106,951. With these 2 acquisitions my EGO went up a bit since vehicles do not give Skills, so I will need to take 2 Guitar Lessons to decrease the EGO that I increased, but it will not be a problem since increasing the number of Fans is one of my priorities.
