Butterfly and Man
Oddly enough, these are the hands of a scientist who spends all his free time in forests and swamps in search of people who are still awaited by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren since World War II. He is not afraid to get dirty and does everything in his power to return the names of the fallen heroes.
He loves nature... And the butterfly feels it.
Lovely shot and story!
Thank you! :)
I love this photo and the story! 2nd place.
Thank you! :)
Oh and I really like your butterfly picture!
Lovely! Two different ones in one shot!
Thank you.
I really like butterflies. Lovely one you captured there yourself.
Last year we rented a house with a large backyard during our holiday. This garden was full of flowers, but especially these yellow ones attracted loads of butterflies.
I looked up the flowers name (Telekia speciosa) and bought some to plant in my own backyard. I have planted them and can't wait when they will get flowers.
The butterfly in the image is a so-called peacock butterfly. The 'eyes' on their wings are ment to scare predators.
I know. It's a moth...
Great take on this. I like it. 3rd place.
Glad you liked that take. Thank you again!
