Hello @cute90 I should get out of bed and do some exercises to help your mood. I have the same problem and know how you feel. Oh good you had company coming over to visit. This is good. I drink coffee to up my mood too. I take antidepressants for major depression too. I go walking, do indoor yoga, stretches some ballet all in my tiny room but walk outside a few miles with actifit.
