Sands of Solitude

Beneath the scorching sun I walk
In this endless desert land
Sands of Solitude

My journey filled with fantasy
Of a place so magical and grand

I close my eyes and let my mind
Drift to a world so new
The barren sand turns to lush green
The sky painted with colors so true

But alas, my dreams are fleeting
As I open my eyes once more
Loneliness creeps up inside me
As I walk towards the distant shore

I ponder on my own existence
As I navigate through this space
Self-reflection guides my path
As I meditate on this lonely place

The emptiness of the desert
Reflects the void within my soul
But in the stillness of the moment
I feel a sense of being whole

With each step, I find solace
In the silence of the sand
In this journey through the desert
I am free to understand

My thoughts are like the shifting dunes
Forever changing in my mind
But the stillness of my being
Is where true peace I find

So I'll continue on my journey
Through this vast and empty land
For in the depths of my own self
I'll find the answers to understand.
