Greetings liketu friends, the second image I show you of me has been taken a little over 3 months ago, that day I have started the resounding change of my daily routine for a healthier life, it should be noted that my other work has not been affected since I daily schedule my workouts since I started training at the gym. The day before enrolling in the gym I started with a cardio routine that involved a gentle walk of at least 45 minutes, then when I started to train my muscles (upper and lower body) I attended for the first time aerobics and dance therapy classes which have allowed me to shape my figure, achieve greater flexibility, gain strength and of course burn a lot of body fat and localized fat in areas such as my arms, abdomen and legs.
In this process I have managed to lose at least 10kg. And you know what? I feel great, so much healthier, with lots of energy, muscle strength, elasticity, mentally I feel relaxed, without stress, and with a healthy diet, away from sugars, ultra-processed foods and keeping myself in a caloric deficit. I am proud of my transition from a big person to a fitness lifestyle with a healthy diet, lots of physical activity and excellent hydration.
