Hoy fue un día rudo en el entrenamiento, mientras entrenaba realiza mantras entre ellos, “Me acepto, me perdono, perdono, soy feliz”, la vida es un ratico asi que tenemos que pasarla bonito.
Me encuentro en una etapa de mi vida, que estoy en una metamorfosis, cambiando mi vida y mis momentos, viviendo cada instante desechando lo que me hace mal y aprendiendo de ello….
Y aquí seguimos dándole fuerte al gimnasio.
