Hello everyone

During this time, the Thai Red Cross Society and various hospitals that there is a shortage of blood. This may be because, during the coronavirus pandemic, people donate less blood. I, too, donate blood twice a year, depending on the occasion. During the coronavirus epidemic in the first few years, I stopped donating blood for about a year a lot. So I took the opportunity to donate blood during my free time. Donating blood is a way to help a fellow human being who has been involved in an accident or needs urgent blood to receive blood immediately. Donating blood is very convenient because there will be a blood donation point at the department store. Before donating blood, I need to fill out personal information and then check the pressure. The nurse take me to the blood donation bed and used a syringe to suck the blood out. Then I clenched my fists tightly and rhythmically loosen them so that the blood flows well. When the bag is full of blood, the nurse will take me to sit at the table for about 10-20 minutes to observe the symptoms that there is a blackout. Or dizzy, and have sweet water, fruit juice, and snacks to eat as well after blood loss along with blood tonics to take back to eat at home.

🤣🤣is it a shame that I never donate blood, as I lack blood myself, sometimes feel dizzy and my younger sister even fell down for that when she was in middle school😂

You have a delicate figure. My friend has never donated blood even once because she has a delicate figure. Look after your health.😘😘
