Hello, dear friends!
It's a wonderful summer time, and it should be enjoyed. Despite sad and terrible things that are happening in my country, we hold on.
I saw Appreciate Beauty of Nature with @phortun: round 121 contest today, and I know at once what I can share.
Every day I walk the same path to and from a medical clinic where I have some treatment. I pass a small restaurant that is closed now because of the war. It has a beautiful summer terrace that looks abandoned, but there are beautiful irises survived. Every day, I can see how these gorgeous flowers are opening, one by one. Dark violet Iris opened first, that's why I have so many photos of them :D Maybe I should mention, that I captured these photos with my smartphone.
Then, I noticed light blue. The yellow and one once opened just yesterday. They are so different, and each is chic in its own way. There are up to 300 species of Irises! I think because of their diversity they got the name of the goddess of rainbow. The favorite flower on my granny Sofia.
Every season is beautiful in it's own way, with special colors and patterns.
