This week started on a bad foot. Nothing too bad, it's just adjusting to the last bits of my allergies. That gets in the way of waking up early. I overslept on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Waking up a bit later was a decision for today. As a matter of fact sunrise is starting around 6:45am. That will be until the next equinox. And the position of the sun is horrible for photos. The orbit will correct itself in due time.
Fortunately, I still have enough from last year to get my posts covered. My photos have been an experiment to understand how to use the pro mode of my camera. The adjustment of shutter speed and ISO are something tricky, but having such a source of light gives you the idea of having all these value to the lowest and see how it goes. Then, it is a matter of adjusting the temperature.
I remember how these photos were taken during the days where the temperature was hot even during the early hours. It was a big problem. The duty of going out to take the shots was the thing moving me. And of course, it was a thing about discipline and exercise. Everything has worked out for the best. Photos are going well and so is exercise.
Even when I get up late, I take the time to start my day moving. It is important to have energy and get into the mood for studying and doing the rest of my activities. And that's how it goes for me. This year has yet to give me some breathtaking sunrises, but I won't despair. The sun also rises. And that's everything I need to remember.
