This was one of the weirdest days to go out and take photos. To start, the main attraction was not the sun, but the moon. It isn't weird to see the moon during a sunrise, but that day was after the usual phenomenon of the super moon. The previous night our satellite looked really big up in the sky.
The other things that happened were this pentagrams on the beach sand. Some wiccans were performing a ritual during the full moon. I cannot tell what for exactly, but if the ladies that run the whole chapel thing had seen these, it would've been quite a story.
The moon on the sky is a different kind of attraction for the photos. I have to take them from afar since a cellphone's camera isn't that good for that kind of photo. At least, not mine.
Anyways, I still remember writing some haikus about the could light on the sky. It was a interesting morning. Regardless of the ritual. Maybe the witches were doing something for prosperity. One never knows. The most simple explanation might be an initiation ritual. Maybe the full moon is a good time for that.
