Fried eggplants
Hello everyone, today we didn't feel like cooking and the whole family went out to go to lunch, we discovered a bar near our house, on the terrace there were people having some very delicious tapas and we decided to sit down, now I show you what we had.
First of all they brought us a salmorejo, something typical of Spain, very rich, I leave the ingredients:
Extra virgin olive oil.
Ripe red tomatoes.
Telera or durum white wheat bread.
Garlic.
Salt.
Then they brought us another cold dish called Salpicón de marisco, very tasty the truth:
Cooked octopus legs.
Tomato.
Green pepper.
Fresh spring onion.
Vinegar.
Extra virgin olive oil.
Salt.
As the third tapa they brought us Russian salad, the truth was hot and we wanted more cold food:
Potato.
Egg.
Tuna.
Mayonnaise made by them.
Salt.
Parsley.
Carrot.
Piquillo red pepper.
Now if they bring us a hot dish, Eggplant Neapolitanas, something I had never tried:
Eggplants.
Tomato puree.
Mozzarella cheese.
Olive oil.
Salt.
Pepper.
And as a last one more eggplants appeared to us, to be more specific, with honey:
Eggplants.
Honey.
Milk.
Flour.
Oil.
Salt.
